At Pathway Support & Rehabilitation Services, our Life Skills for Teens & Young Adults service provides developmentally appropriate, non‑clinical support designed to help emerging adults build the confidence, independence, and practical skills needed to navigate daily life and future responsibilities. This service focuses on strengthening essential life competencies while honoring each individual’s unique strengths, learning style, and personal goals. We guide teens and young adults through real‑world skill‑building in areas such as communication, decision‑making, personal organization, social interaction, and self‑advocacy. Our person‑centered approach ensures that each individual receives supportive coaching that prepares them for adulthood—whether transitioning into higher education, employment, independent living, or increased community involvement. Life Skills for Teens & Young Adults empowers individuals to make informed choices, manage responsibilities, and develop routines that promote stability, confidence, and long‑term success. Each session is tailored to support growth, resilience, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
