Service Description

At Pathway Support & Rehabilitation Services, LLC, we provide expert IEP/504 Advocacy to empower students with disabilities and the families who support them. Our role is to ensure every child receives the accommodations, services, and educational opportunities they are entitled to—while helping families navigate the special education process with clarity and confidence. We work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and school teams to make sure each student’s unique learning needs are understood, respected, and properly documented. From reviewing evaluations to preparing for school meetings, our advocate offers guidance at every step, helping families communicate effectively and make informed decisions that support their child’s success. **Our Advocacy Support Includes:** - Reviewing IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, and progress reports - Preparing families for school meetings and conferences - Supporting communication with school staff and service providers - Identifying appropriate accommodations, modifications, and supports - Ensuring student needs are clearly represented and documented With compassionate guidance and knowledgeable advocacy, we help families build stronger pathways toward educational equity, meaningful progress, and a brighter future for their child.
