Christopher Tharpe is the Founder and Executive Director of Pathway Support & Rehabilitation Services. He has experience in community-based behavioral health, rehabilitation support, independent living skills training, and employment readiness services, supporting individuals in developing greater independence, stability, and community integration.
His background includes working directly with individuals in community settings, focusing on skill development, daily functioning, behavioral support reinforcement, and vocational preparation through person-centered approaches.
Through Pathway Support & Rehabilitation Services, Christopher partners with behavioral health providers, HCS organizations, and community-based agencies across the Dallas–Fort Worth area to deliver reliable, outcome-driven support services that help reduce service gaps and improve client outcomes.
